Responsible for development and deployment of Specialties Sales business in EMEIA for the UK GEOS & Forestry businesses (Terram and Tubex). Drives profits and growth by understanding and meeting customer needs and developing partnering relationships. Coordinates with all functions to ensure timely and professional customer service and product development support.
Responsible for delivering the GROWTH Plan: Sales and EBITDA of the UK GEOS & Forestry business.
Develops and implement business plan which supports budget achievement and business segment strategy.
Builds relationships with customers and potential customers understanding their businesses and needs and uses that information to develop Berry strategies for improved profitability and growth.
Anticipates market trends and customer needs and positions Terram and Tubex to have a competitive advantage.
Works within a cross functional team including Customer Service, Production, Supply Chain, Finance and HR functional leaders to meet the Specialties segment business.
Uses and gathers market- and competition data in order to identify opportunities for increased market share.
Suggests and initiates product developments based on customer needs and market surveys. Provides information and support to R&D for product innovation and development.
Take ownership for the relationship between customers and all departments within production site.
Develops new business and adds new distribution points in both existing and new segments/markets
Must be mobile and able to travel frequently (50%)
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Chemistry or similar preferred.
Relevant post qualifying certifications.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a KAM preferred
Experience in an international matrix environment and in the construction industry preferred.
Experience in Nonwovens market preferred.
Fluent English is required (both verbal and written).
Fluency in additional languages (especially German) is preferred.
