The grassed overflow car park at East Beach, Shoeburyness historically suffered with the problem of vehicles wearing away the grass and creating ruts, with the area becoming uneven, unsightly and generally muddy and unpleasant in both wet and dry conditions.

GrassProtecta™ was specified to eliminate the existing problems while maintaining a natural grassed finish. With regular watering, the existing grass sward and the newly sown seed, established through the mesh within weeks, creating a strong intertwined surface layer ready for use.
