We want you to get to know our team better, and learn more about the different talents within our that’s why we are launching the #MeetTheTerramTeam series where each week we will be introducing different team members through individual interviews so you can find out more about their unique contribution to the team, as well as their goals and ambitions for Terram.
The first person we want to introduce to you is Adam Brooksbank, he joined the Terram team last April as National Key Account Manager. For 20 years Adam has held manufacturing, contracting and distribution roles in the civil engineering and construction market, giving him extensive experience of geosynthetic products. Before joining the Terram team he worked for 10 years, specialising in the distribution of geosynthetic products and working with key manufacturers such as Terram.
What are you passionate about?
I have a passion for Geosynthetics being used in the Civil Engineering market and love to see on site problems over come by using these innovative materials, helping to reduce carbon footprint and providing sustainable solutions to traditional methods of construction and civil engineering.
What do you think is your unique contribution to the Terram team?
I believe one of my key contributions to the team is my expertise. I want to keep supporting my colleagues with industry experience and product knowledge, having a great understanding of the products and the functions within the industry.
What’s your vision for Terram?
I want to help Terram maintain a market leading position, while contining to strive for new and innovative products to keep supporting the long term goals of our customers, whilst reducing our environmental impact.
Besides Geosynthetics, what are your hobbies and interests?
I’m a keen football fan and player. I support Manchester United and play local league football in Huddersfield for Cartworth Moor Football Club, where I also operate as the clubs secretary and I am also a committee member on the Huddersfield District Football League management committee.
