My main motivation is to continue to improve our customer experience through the business strategy we have developed linked to new and innovative products and sustainable solutions.

What do you think is your unique contribution to the Terram team?

As a member of the Terram leadership team part of my role it to ensure the we stay on track with our departmental and business targets, and creating a motivational and engaging work environment plays a big part in achieving that.  I am a Mental Health First Aider and am available to provide support to colleagues across the business.  I am also co-founder of the Berry ERG (Employee Resource Group) Unity, which focuses on improvements in our workplace for members of the LGBTQ+ community and it’s allies.

Besides Geosynthetics, what are your hobbies and interests?

I enjoy winter sports, both ski-ing and snowboarding, and have recently (finding myself mainly in the UK due to COVID) taken up Stand Up Paddle Boarding and Dinghy sailing.
